Gomme (Gum) Syrup from MONIN is highly versatile for enhancing and retaining the delicious flavours in your drinks! It's made by combining the flavours of Arabic gum (Acacia Gum), an edible gum found from the sap of the Acacia trees, and orange blossom. A combination which brings a versatile flavour which can be applied to cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and even hot drinks like coffee. It is a great addition for anyone who likes to experiment with creating different and unique cocktail flavours!

MONIN's Gomme Syrup is free from any GMOs and has no artificial colours, flavouring, preservatives or sweeteners. It's also dairy and gluten-free and Halal, allowing you to widen your range of drinks for different dietary requirements.
