We offer a range of delivery options across the UK and Ireland, with services and prices depending on your location, order value and chosen delivery speed.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are normally processed the same working day, subject to stock availability and operational delays. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery FAQs
Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be processed by our warehouse the same day. This excludes weekends, bank holidays and is subject to stock availability.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order such as an out of stock item and offer you either a refund or suitable replacement item.
You will receive a tracking link for your parcel as soon as the courier scans the label.
We recommend downloading the MyDPD app to check on the status of your DPD parcels.

Standard delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch for UK mainland addresses.
Premium delivery normally arrives on the next working day after dispatch, Monday to Friday, where the service is available.
Saturday delivery is available for eligible orders and delivery areas. When available, it will appear as an option at checkout on Thursdays and Fridays before the 4pm cut-off.

DPD Delivery - UK Mainland
DPD Standard Delivery will arrive with you in 2-3 Business Days. Deliveries for this service are Monday - Friday. Order before 4pm for same day dispatch.

DPD Delivery - Ireland
DPD Delivery to Ireland should arrive with you in 2 Business Days. Please allow 2-3 day for delivery. All deliveries for this service are Monday - Friday.
