This is the perfect mix for making delicious creamy ice cream to make ice cream cones and cups or for adding as a topping on pancakes, crepes, pudding, cake and lots more.
The Comelle ice cream mix is really simple to use; just add water, whisk and pour straight into a commercial ice cream freezer.
Add your pick of ice cream toppings, sauces, and inclusions from our wide range to make this ice cream extra tasty and make your customers want to come back for more.
For scoop ice cream, simply add 400g of sugar and follow the mixing instructions on the packet.
