Caffe Roma decaffeinated ground filter coffee is made using a natural Ethyl Acetate process, derived from pure sugar cane and combined with high mountain spring water. This gentle method preserves the rich flavour and aroma of the beans while carefully removing caffeine. This results in coffee just as satisfying as our regular coffee, without the buzz.

Ethyl Acetate is a compound naturally found in fruits, vegetables, and even coffee cherries themselves. By using this naturally occurring ingredient, we’re able to offer a more authentic, clean, and environmentally considerate decaffeination process — no harsh chemicals, just great coffee.
